One of National Agents Alliance’s growing agencies, The Womack Agency, held their first annual spring conference with 281 agents in attendance. The three-day long event featured top managers and producers, as well as the National Agents Alliance owners Andy Albright, Barry Clarkson, and Philip Hudgins speaking on sales training and leadership within the company.
Many of the top producers were acknowledged for their accomplishments with certificates of recognition during their growth period despite the economy.
“Continuous growth is key in any organization, the Womack Agency has continually stepped out of their comfort zone to keep moving forward and fight the battle to help families through financial protection or with the opportunity.” said Andy Albright, President and CEO of National Agents Alliance.
Andy, Barry, and Philip placed emphasis on growing, managing, producing and recruiting.
