National Agents Alliance announces hiring of Hawks

BURLINGTON, N.C. – National Agents Alliance President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Albright announced that Gina Hawks has been hired as Product Specialist and Sales Consultant.

Albright said Hawks’ primary role will be to work directly with NAA agency managers across the United States.

“She’s here to help make our team even better than it is now,” Albright said. “We are happy to have a talented person like Gina Hawks join our team and we expect great things from her. She will help our agency managers improve their business and she will work with our carriers to improve the line of products we can offer our clients.”

Hawks joins National Agents Alliance after working as Assistant Vice President of Marketing with AmeriLife, a captive insurance agency based in Clearwater, Fla. She served a senior market focused on the Medicare market since 2009. She was responsible for working with General Managers in more than 20 offices throughout 10 states in all aspects of their respective businesses.

“I’m very excited to be a part of National Agents Alliance and I’m coming on board at a very exciting time for the company,” Hawks said. “I’ve been meeting with all of our company representatives about products and how to improve the quality of our business. I will fly around the country and work with all of our agency managers to help improve and grow their business.”

Hawks started her insurance career with Shenandoah Life Insurance Co. in Roanoke, Va. in Jan. 1995, where she worked for almost 14 years. Early in her career with Shenandoah Life, Hawks provided agents with support on products and sales. She was promoted to assistant director of sales and training, and moved up to director of training and development of the sales support staff. She traveled extensively across the country training independent marketing organizations and agents on policies, procedures and products.

“During my time with Shenandoah, I got to know Andy Albright and NAA,” Hawks said. “I’m excited to be working some of the people I met almost 10 years now.”

Hawks earned a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration, marketing and management from Bluefield State College in 1994.
