NAA’s 3 owners gave honors to the leaders for the year of 2008 at the NAA National Convention in Raleigh, NC. This year, the owners particularly wanted to choose leaders of the company who exemplified growth by personalizing 3 of the awards given out.
Barry Clarkson, Philip Hudgins, and Andy Albright crafted awards similar to their personalities according to their strengths in leadership.
Barry Clarkson awarded the first annual “polish” award to agency manager Brandon Ellison of Athens, AL. Barry is known as the polish of the leaders for his detail oriented style and consistency of knowing the numbers of the business.
Philip Hudgins awared the first annual “passion” award to agency manager Kameron Wilson of Richardson, TX. Philip is known as the passion of the leaders for his extreme passion for families and the meaning of what National Agents Alliance does.
Andy Albright awarded the first annual “shickyboom” award to agency manager Mark Womack of Jacksonville, FL. Andy is known as the punch of the leaders for his strong ambition to move forward and grow.
Womack has had considerable growth in the past year. His team had the most agents in attendance at the convention.
