Assistant Manager 65% $26.46 $5,000 Issued Paid Annualized Premium for 2 consecutive months.
(Maximum credit per sale – $5,000)
Manager 70% $27.93 $10,000 Issued Paid Annualized Premium for 2 consecutive months AND NAAU™ 100 Level Certification.
(Maximum credit per sale – $5,000)
District Manager 75% $29.37 $15,000 Issued Paid Annualized Premium for 2 consecutive months.
(maximum credit per sale = $5,000)
Regionial Manager 80% $30.83 Both 4 Unique Writers (submitted) AND $25,000 Issued Paid Annualized Premium for 2 consecutive months.

General Manager 85% $32.25 Both 8 Unique Writers (submitted) AND $50,000 Issued Paid Annualized Premium for 2 consecutive months.
*General manager is recoginized on NAA Leaderboards and begins to qualify for NAA Builder’s Bonus*
Must have 3 direct agents.

*Lead costs are based on a standing geographical order for “A” leads. Lead costs may be higher for one-time purchases, or lower for non-”A” lead purchases.
