Andy Albright named to Triad’s Movers & Shakers list

BURLINGTON, N.C. – National Agents Alliance President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Albright has been named to the Triad’s Movers & Shakers list by Business Leader Magazine.

Albright is joined on the list by 25 of the top business leaders in the Triad – including several prominent company presidents and CEOs. He will be recognized at an awards dinner on Wednesday in Winston-Salem, N.C.

“I’m honored to be recognized with a very select group of people in the Triad by the people at Business Leader Magazine,” Albright said. “The other winners that will be recognized Wednesday are from all types of businesses and we represent some of the great companies located here in the Triad. I look forward to spending an evening getting to meet and talk with them.”

Albright co-founded National Agents Alliance in 2002 and steadily guided the company to the top of the mortgage protection insurance industry. The company was recognized by Triad Business Journal as the top fastest growing company in the Triad in 2007.

Each year, Business Leader honors the top leaders of the South through its Movers & Shakers Awards. Winners generally are top executives of up-and-coming companies or trendsetting leaders of larger more established companies.

Events for other winners will be held in Atlanta, Ga.; Nashville, Tenn.; Memphis, Tenn.; Miami, Fla.; Raleigh and Charlotte, N.C.

The keynote speaker for the Triad awards ceremony is Lou Baldwin, president and owner of The Baldwin Companies. Baldwin is the president-elect of the 32,000-member N.C. Association of Realtors. He is also on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors and the N.C. Homeowners Alliance and is a trustee of the N.C. Realtors Political Action Committee. He served on the “10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness” commission from 2007-10. He previously served on the Winston-Salem “Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel.”
