Alliance Convention Center set to host ‘ribbon cutting’ with Alamance Chamber of Commerce on Monday

BURLINGTON, N.C. – The Alamance Chamber of Commerce will be helping celebrate the grand opening of the Alliance Convention Center “Prosperity Hall” on Monday, Sept. 25 at 3:45 p.m.

The event will include a “ribbon cutting” and tour of the new state-of-the-art Prosperity Hall and the rest of the Alliance Convention Center. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided
The center is a unique, multi-purpose convention center with flexible event space. The ACC offers clients 30,000 square feet of space, which can accommodate more than 1,700 guests theater style and up to 500 guests in our banquet-style configuration.

With the addition of 16,000 square feet of event space, completed in July of 2017, the ACC is Alamance County’s largest event space. The ACC’s first national event was held in July when National Agents Alliance hosted its “Family Reunion,” with more than 1,500 attending the three-day event. Numerous Alamance-based organizations have secured the space for events in the coming months.

The Alliance Convention Center is located adjacent to National Agents Alliance (aka The Alliance) national headquarters at 1214 Turrentine St. in Burlington, N.C.

“We are excited to have our friends from the chamber of commerce visiting with us and other special guests in our new space,” Andy Albright, President and CEO of The Alliance said. “It will be the first chance for people from the community to tour Prosperity Hall and really see behind the scenes when the space isn’t being used during an event.”
