NAA headquarters in Burlington, N.C. gave back during the holiday season. NAA staff members brought in canned goods for the Salvation Army, sent holiday cards to troops, as well as a $1,000 donation to the United Way foundation.
“Writing to the troops who serve our country was a project that the staff truly enjoyed. We wanted to let them know how much we appreciate their service for this country and sending cards was a personal way to let them know.” said Misty Thebeau, Director of Communications.
The Salvations Army food donated went to local families in the community.
The United Way is working to advance the common good in 47 countries and territories, including nearly 1,300 local organizations in the U.S.
