Burlington, NC – More than 100 agents gathered at NAA headquarters for new agent training. The new agents received training from NAA’s President and CEO Andy Albright, NAA’s National Director of Sales John Kight, NAA’s Secretary and Treasurer Barry Clarkson, and Agency Manager Casey Watkins, as well as each department at the corporate office.
“Once the new agents saw what an impact attending a meeting can have on their business, a lot of them who were not yet signed up for the Leadership Conference chose to take the next step with National Agents Alliance in order to grow their business,” said Misty Thebeau, NAA’s Director of Communications.
Some of the topics included: NAA’s eight team player steps, developing a business plan, and how to make an in-home presentation and handle objections.
A special night owl provided agents the opportunity to ask questions one on one with Andy Albright. “The night owl was truly special in the way that the base shop connected with the agents. It was an emotional night. The agents shared their obstacles and what it meant to them to be a part of National Agents Alliance,” said Deborah Sweger, NAA’s Base Shop Recruiter.
