Diane Lampe lives in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex, and has been with The Alliance for more than a decade, joining in January of 2006. Only six months after joining, Lampe’s agency reached the Top 10 on the company’s leaderboards in both production and recruiting. Lampe was attracted to The Alliance because of the opportunity to provide service to the community and the income potential.
Previously, Lampe worked in various sales jobs, but was in $175,000 creidt card debt before using The Alliance as a vehicle to climb out of that debt. Less than a year after joining The Alliance, Lampe earned $388,000. That number rose to $1.2 million the following year.
Lampe has studied Napoleon Hill’s 17 Principles of Success extensively and is a certified instructor for the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Lampe is a proud mother and grandmother, who has raised her children to believe that the path to success is through applying success principles.
“If you are not afraid of work and you are willing to following the great system in place, you can become successful with The Alliance,” Diane says. “I’m just an ordinary person that had a dream and was not willing to let it die. Anyone can do this. Make the decision to jump in.”
Lampe was born and raised in Illinois, where she finished high school and then joined a prestigious firm as a secretary. However, she knew she was meant to do more. Diane recognized that to join upper management, she had to develop personally and professionally through learning and personal development. She spent many years in corporate America and moved into the sales field, ultimately leaving her last position as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large firm in the water industry.
She is the co-author of “The Amazing Adventures of Oliver Hill” published through the Napoleon Hill Foundation.
